Question. DO RETHUGLICON states know Judges decision already?
Seems to me they could NOT outlaw mail order abortion pills without Judges order? Why are they going ahead and doing what thay are doing?

2. How does this work?
Does a red state's AG open every single mail order box looking for pills?

4. they likely can
think of medical marijuana. States can still ban marijuana despite the fact that other states prescribe it.

6. Except this is a FDA approved drug. Been mailing this for years.
I just cannot believe they can do this WITHOUT a judges order?

8. After the SCOTUS decision in Dobbs, states can completely ban abortion by any means
including medication abortion.

9. TY. as always you help me see things a little clearer.
So basically this judges decision will have MORE power to the Democratic states. I just couldn't see any way a state could stop mail orders that were FDA approved. TY again
