He will be escorted into the facility by Secret Service Agents who will actually take the lead role. NY prosecutors will take a secondary role. He won't be handcuffed, he will be fingerprinted under the watch of SS agents and escorted through the building at every step by SS agents. He will appear in front of a Judge with SS agents at his side and leave the Court House with SS agents.

And rumor has it that he wants to give a Court House steps speech immediately afterwards. SS agents are probably against this idea.
