Does anyone believe that TFG will fake an illness...

To avoid arrest? I just watched the MTN Legal AF podcast that aired earlier tonight and one of the comments suggested that he may fake a heart attack or something similar. I could see it happening. He's such a coward.

Still, they say he's absolutely terrified of ending up at Rikers Island. I wonder if he'll buckle under and feign an illness to buy himself time?

Seriously.

DA Bragg’s charges probably wouldn’t send anyone to Rikers. The charges will probably be for “white-collar” crimes. Rich white men don’t get incarcerated for those.

After jumping through months of legal hoops with dismissal demands and change of venue, when the trial date is finally set he’ll get some quack to say he needs inpatient treatment for some fake condition and they’ll keep asking the court for delays.

and has for a long time. He won't fake physical illness since his ego won't allow it. Remember the BS show when he had Covid and the time he had to be whisked off to a hospital for some mystery tests that we never really knew what that was about? He has his doctors lie about his physical condition. Wasn't he a healthy 165 pounds and normal heart, etc.? I believe everything Dr Ronnie Jackson tells me.

Doesn't say he is sorry for anything. Hates most people, and I honestly believe that his history of hurting people
will keep Trump from getting elected to anything. He cheats, lies, tries to avoid any commitment other than to
himself.

1) I don't think there is going to be anything like a 'knock on the door' arrest. People that are looking for a perp walk are probably going to be disappointed. And, as far as we know, the Tuesday date is made up out of whole cloth.

and 2) 'Ill' and elderly defendants have been put of trial before. Plenty of precedent for the courts to follow in handling such an eventuality. (of both real and feigned variety)

And may have other tricks up his sleeve.

Or he may go quietly, working on a favorable plea deal.

Apparently speculating Trump will fake an illness is the latest entry in the fantasies some DUers have regarding the Trump indictment.

Here's a dose of reality.

If he's indicted (and while there are indications he will be, nothing is certain until it happens), he will not fake an illness, he will not try to flee the country, he will not hunker down in Mar-a-Lago and fight extradition. He will cooperate with the New York authorities in the booking process.
