Jen Psaki: "Could a Trump indictment actually help him politically?"

https://www.msnbc.com/inside-with-jen-psaki/trump-indictment-help-politically-jen-psaki-explains-rcna75458

Manhattan’s district attorney may be on the verge of indicting former President Donald Trump over his alleged hush money payments to adult film star Stormy Daniels. Remember: No former president in U.S. history has ever been indicted.

And there has been a flurry of analysis suggesting an indictment could actually help his campaign.

But before you freak out about that possibility, let’s consider a few things.

Yes, it’s safe to bet that Trump will try to weaponize this for political gain. We have watched him do that plenty of times before.

We’ve also seen his base stick by him. As Trump famously said, he could shoot somebody on Fifth Avenue and still “wouldn’t lose any voters.”

But he’s never been indicted before. And we’ve already seen some recent cracks in the armor . . .

I'd rather run against him in 2024 than someone like DeStupid who is every bit as evil but much smarter politically.
Trump still has a good portion of his 30% base, but to every other voter, the shine wore off his armor years ago

Though the thought of him campaigning again turns my stomach.

One part of me wants for him to be free for the next two years and let him destroy the Repug party.

Another part of me wants for him to go to prison and have a big bubba waiting for him in his cell.

But I think he has, at this point, a better chance at winning than trump, should he be the nominee.

The right question- How long will we allow America to be held hostage by Trump and his anti-American MAGA terrorists?

Trying to talk to my daughter in her 40's she says he never actually says anything. She thinks he's not guilty unless he spills it out exactly.

Then I told her he had other people and his lawyers do the illegal stuff for him and they are starting to talk against him then she finally got it. And she voted Republican.

To those not paying attention to politics and news like her you have to really slowly dissect things.
