So in Japan, in the special case of Sumo, those size Ds make you a famous athlete. No idea what would happen to a woman who removed her top of the arena AC failed and it was miserably muggy to the point where taking your top off was actually a really good idea

In the US, it would become a free-for-all with many many men stepping all over themselves to verbally and possibly even physically abuse these women. Yes, we have rare nude beaches that seem to manage quite well with a self-selected "audience," but I don't see that happening at public pools and spas. Far from a prude outlook on this, it is the latter anticipated behavior that gives me pause.
