that they were showing reruns on weekends. How odd. Guess they are desperate. Seems like when Rachel left, viewership fell and yes I do know she is on one night a week.

Chris Mathew’s was on when I came home from the pool. No news unless it is Trump 24/7.

She was in a fight with Fox News.

Ari is filling in for Nicolle. Jonathon has been filling in for Ali. But everything is one track, Trump.

And yes, a lot of it repeats. It is a very mixed bag but I need to listen to something when I freeze my ever-loving self and my pup on our four-mile pitch-dark walks each morning. Sometimes the guests are worth it. And sometimes, NPR is a much better choice.

...oh, and Joe's incessant pining for the "Good ol' days" of #RonnieRaygun.

Come on, Joe: Sing us another chorus of "The Bad Bill Clinton blues."

"I'm just a simple country lawyer and don't know much."

I quit watching him even before 2016 because of that and because he was giving too much time to Trump's call ins when he used to lament how his father was a Democrat but Joe became a Republican because the Democratic party left him, not him leaving the Democrats. Now I don't even turn on the TV that early.

Do not forget how different things were when Joe was in the House. So nice.

Funny, I still remember Joe being in the lead when House members went across the street snickering to interview Monica. Joe resigned shortly after to spend time with his family. His wife divorced him. I think he is on his their done now.

Joe is often a bit full of himself, but its entertaining. I really enjoy it When Jon Meacham is on. His historical knowledge fascinates me.

It'll stay on as long as there's an audience that attracts advertisers.

And tamed his initial emotional and verbal abuse towards her and the weatherman from the early years of the show that Tweety (Chris MATTHEWS, for the young-uns) recruited him for?

for four hours. I don't watch for 4 hours. But it probably works for people waking up in the Mountain or Pacific Time Zones.

I can't imagine how difficult it would be to host a show for 4 hours.
