So in regards to any procedure, am I correct in assuming...

...if there is an indictment, the DA's office will first:

1. Announce the indictment

and then

2. Set a date and time deadline for Trump to turn himself in for processing

and then

3. Trump flies up to NY (assuming he doesn't skip town for Russia or wherever) and is processed and then immediately released on his own recognizance?

That seems to be how it would work, correct?
