5. Question: If a sealed indictment is issued, and Trump is informed and blabs about it...

...and the press asks the Manhattan DA to confirm whether or not an indictment has actually been issued, is the DA under an obligation to confirm it? Or could they just give "no comment" until the time Trump actually surrenders himself?

I'm just asking because I'm not in the mood to take just Trump's word on the subject, and I'd rather not get strung along for nothing.
