Information Center ( ERIC ), a service designed to help prevent voter fraud, one has to ask---PUBLICLY--- "Why?"

Is it not obvious that the answer to that is "Because we intend to commit voter fraud"?

1. Exactly and

they want to "clean" their voter registration lists using their definition of who should vote. We know they would concentrate almost entirely on major reductions to the lists in areas of largely minority populations and colleges. So it would be back to the old "we don't have any record of your paperwork and so I'm sorry but maybe you can vote next time" routine of voter suppression.

The two states that have substantial numbers of older people that have residences in more than 1 state.

If you don't think they are making it safe for MAGA snowbirds to vote in multiple states, then I don't know what to say.
