For the last few decades the primary achievement of the Democratic party has been its obstructions of the Republicans' itinerary. They've had scant adequate time and circumstance to do much else. Hopefully they can serve this function once again.

Yes, I remember the ACA & Biden's early success with the inflation and stuff act. My point is the Democrats have been forced to squander too much effort just to stop the psychotics' acting out.

Listen to Rachel Maddie’s podcast “Ultra”. Politicians then (late 1930s and 40s) most certainly did attempt to intimidate witnesses and obstruct Justice. Essentially got away with it, too.
