Frankly, I will believe he will be found guilty and punished when I see it. CNBC breathlessly had a headline today that Biden's approval is "near the lowest of his Presidency". Even swing voters are determined to hold Dems to unreal standards while Repubs continue towards a dictatorship.

This country is full of stupid, getting a unanimous jury will be very hard. A MAGA will lie and act to get on the jury, as long as they have not been active on social media about it, one could very well slip through.
