Strange day on Capitol Hill

Parents of one of children killed in the Parkland shooting were arrested for disrupting a congressional hearing. Called out of order by the Republican chairman. And on the same day, the mother of Ashli Babbitt had a one on one audience with the Speaker of the House.

The world is turned upside down.

As long as TFG is still on the scene as a distraction, it's as if the House, at least, is paralyzed - they are not addressing the people's business, but fighting to prove their allegiance to TFG.

there will eventually a way forward. I still believe and will never stop despite sounding pessimistic sometimes. There have been magical times in the past and there will be again. Until then here is one of those magic moments from the past.
