"Guess who doesn't show up to parent orientation night, read the weekly email, look at their kids take home papers, go to parent teacher conferences, PTA meetings or any other school activities. Because we all know it's you, the parent demanding the right to know the things we begged you to come listen too since your kid entered the public school system."

The measure would require schools to publish their curricula publicly, mandate that parents be allowed to meet with their children’s teachers and make schools give information to parents when violence occurs on school grounds.
