Pete Strzok @petestrzok 6hHoly moly that's a lot of attorneys.
All "appeared in subpoenas pertinent to one or another of the investigations into Trump, and a surprising number have testified before grand juries, including at least three with (Executive Privilege) waivers."

This post includes a list of the at-least 31 lawyers implicated in CURRENT investigations into Trump, either as witnesses or subjects. It doesn't include people (like Kash Patel) who have JDs but weren't claiming to use them.
I'm sure I'm missing a few.

There's another long list of lawyers who were being paid by Uncle Sam to work at the White House.
Thanks!

(24,455 posts)You don't get organized without a bunch of lawyers willing to commit felonies in your name. Where's Rudy's name on this list....seems he ought to have top billing, Hope they all get sentencedd for their legal support of a person trying to to overthrow our USG.

easy peasy, slam dunk, shouldve been indicted two years ago, amirite?
Todays emptywheel post is a perfect example of why its taken so long, and why people should check emptywheel regularly for clear, detailed summaries of all available public information.
Thanks for posting!

(81,220 posts)Bad guy, bad reputation, bad record for paying people what he owes them, just plain BAD.
I bet some of them actually think "I can change him". I've heard female friends and strangers alike say that about whoever they dated or married - and it ALWAYS ended badly. NOBODY changes unless they want to, and change for THEMSELVES, not for anybody they're involved with, family or otherwise.

(22,112 posts)(or more) from running for public office. Anyone that needs to have so many lawyers, seriously makes me wonder about them and what exactly what are they up to, and why we should ever listen to them ever? I jest, but this is just my suspicious nature on so many lawyers and such, having to rep a person...it does make one wonder seriously...

(12,409 posts)It would be interesting to see how much of the family fortune was lost on lawyers. They are like barnacles on the ship of Trump and just like barnacles they will go down with the ship.
