Just for grins...I was wondering how long TFG could spend in jail.

Now, I know this is pure fantasy, but I wanted to see what kind of cumulative jail time he could be looking at if all reported charges are executed, and the maximum sentences are handed down CONSECUTIVELY . This does not consider any possible tax fraud.

Trump prison time exposure

Conspiracy to defraud the United States 5

His release date would be in the year 2140.

thanks!

re this:
I know this is pure fantasy

There's a first time for everything and if ever there were the perfect candidate for a president being imprisoned, it's the guy who juxtaposes himself with a baseball bat next to the prosecutor of one of his many, many cases.

8. Did Trump commit crimes? Let the jury decide! There needs to be a trial first.

Did Trump commit crimes? If the answer is...YES

Then he should spend time in Jail...

Did Trump start a riot?...Is that correct? Is that a crime? You be the judge.

Most important, Trump doesn't care about consequences. and..........
....Let the ...Jury decide if he is indited for a crime.

and there will be a whole lot of proof. (in my opinion)

Mark my words. TFG will not spend even one night in jail.

Since he is a former president of the US, he will get special treatment as no court will want to jail one of their political elite.

But assuming he is found guilty of any charges, the worst that will happen to TFG is that he may be fined. But no jail time will be imposed. He has skated through life so far, I have no reason to believe he will be held accountable now.

Trump and his lawyers have perfected delay tactics. They will continue to find ways to delay charges until either the statutes of limitations run out, or the prosecutors give up, or Trump dies.

I hope I am wrong. I will be pleased as punch to see him found guilty and sentenced to prison, for the entire 117 years if possible.

10. If he is charged for crimes, Trump will stand trial. It ain't up to me, & It ain''t up to you.

This is up to prosecutors in certain states. We will see, and if he is prosecuted for crimes,
it will be quite a "glorious trial."

And one thing is for sure:Trump is totally not expecting a trial...ever and forever!!

If Trump is convicted, then, the jury will decide if he spends time in jail. (is that correct? some kind of jail?)

11. Post number 7, if he is charged with a criminal crime (like starting a riot?) is it up to a jury to

But it may be the court that determines punishment, not a jury. But let's wait and see how it all comes out. In any case, neither you nor I will be affected by the outcome, other than seeing TFG in jail will make us both very happy.
