"SNIP.......

“House Republicans are deemphasizing the importance of a GOP budget in the context of debt-ceiling talks, signaling their blueprint might not even be finalized until after the conference figures out its moves on raising the federal government’s borrowing limit,” The Hill reports.

“It’s a significant shift for the GOP that comes after hard-line lawmakers during the 15-ballot Speaker’s election demanded a budget showing sharp spending reductions for the upcoming 2024 fiscal year that would balance the budget in 10 years.”

1. They don't have anybody left on their side who is capable of writing a budget

They have stripped away any vestiges of competence in their party and all that is left is clowns, and they aren’t even funny. Not in the least. Mr. speaker, is it because you are incapable of writing a budget or afraid of it, there’s no other good reasons

Budget expertise told quite a lot of time. Everyone they had had said “screw this noise” and retired.

They want to force the Democrats to decide what gets cut so they can use that against them.

6. It evident these people don't know how to govern, and don't want to learn.

They can't produce a budget because it takes a lot of expertise and hard work.
Much easier to ratchet up the noise and pretend that they are doing the work, when they simply don't have a clue how to do it.
This is what happens when you let children represent your districts...you get childish behavior.
They aren't even smart enough to realize that locking up the government and causing the economy to crash and burn will be all on them at election time...that is if the Democrats are able to improve their messaging skills and use it as one of their major campaign points.

They won’t produce a budget because they don’t fucking want to. They think they will somehow win if they do not. They will blame dems. It isn’t about work. They never fucking i tended to do the work anyways. They worked out a way to not do the work and still attempt to prosper.

9. I know the first thing I do when I want to reduce my spending is throw away the damn budget.

Republicans like to use the phrase "kitchen table economics". They say to handle Federal spending just like a family would handle theirs.

So I guess in their families they handle their finances by reducing income (similar to their tax cuts), throwing away the budget, and stop paying bills for things they have already bought.

You know, everyday common sense.

and most of the modern GOP are simply social media entertainers. They will create drama up and until the speaker gives up and passes a straight bill with help from the Dems. It's their only move.
