To those wondering what happens if Tiny D refuses to extradite Trump

If this happens, New York files suits in Federal court.

The federal court issues an order of contempt against Ron DeSantis. If he continues to refuse, Trumpers better get out of the way because the feds will go get Trump themselves.

The Florida governor would only be able to keep Trump in Florida without consequences if the charges were punishable by death penalty. This is not the case here.

In short, tiny D is just trying to put up a show to prove to the MAGA that he's more of a Trump -loving masochist than Ted cruz, who fell in love with Trump after Trump called his wife ugly.

Article II states: "The electors shall meet in their respective states, and vote by ballot for two persons, of whom one at least shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves."

The 12th Amendment, adopted in 1804 after two chaotic elections, mandated that electors cast separate ballots for president and vice president. However, the rule preventing an elector from voting for two people from his home state remained in effect under the new system.

It would be election suicide for the clowns if Florida's 30 electoral college votes were challenged

On the one hand, he doesn't want to piss off the MAGAs by not supporting Trump.

On the other hand, Trump has been brutal to DeSantis who wants to run for POTUS.
Trump is a rival and it would be good to get him out of the way.

he keeps the knuckle draggers pacified. DeSantis' best hope is for Trump to be ineligible to run for the Presidency, but he can not say that, he is trying his best to have his cock and eat it to.

All of this bluster from Trump is ego and fund raising.

Behind the scenes we can assume he is matter of factly setting up a plea deal.
And he will end up paying some fines.

Trump agreeing to house arrest or gag order is ridiculous, he will refuse to follow the conditions.
And no one will do anything about it.

Trump will fly into NYC at 2AM and be at the Court House by 4AM in through an underground entrance accompanied by 10 SS agents... They will escort him through every step including seeing the Judge.

He'll be home for lunch.

Trump called DeSantis a gay pedophile, and DeSantis is still defending him. He's another Ted Cruz.
