Trump and his lawyers will turn this into a wild shitshow bashing Cohen, Daniels and the NY DA office. It is my understanding the trial will be held in NYC so the jury wont likely have any Trumpers but who knows. It will be a spectacle for sure. Hope its televised.

The outcomes of most cases are negotiated. Of course, the prosecutor can refuse to do so, thus treating this defendant differently from other criminal defendants.
But we have many months of motion practice and interlocutory appeals long before this gets near a trial.

Plea bargain, a successful motion to dismiss, demise of the defendant.... the list is long.
I have a feeling this indictment is going to be about more than some folks think it will be about, though.
