Stephanie Ruhle, The Eleventh Hour

I’m admittedly still channel flipping and DVR’ing news and seeing what they all say and have noticed Stephanie to be super intelligent, gutsy, and producing great guests and interesting discussion panels….getting better with time on the job. She’s especially insightful with financial issues. Really…check her out if you haven’t already and recently.

Anyone else noticed this?

Sad her hours here result in conflict with Amanpour, who is great.

2. Steph came over from the business side of NBC. At one point she was employed at Deutsche Bank ...

…for 7 years, iirc.

She is really, really sharp.

4. long time outright fan girl.

used to watch her every morning when i still had cable. it was part niche- my ex was in the financial sector, and i alllllllways loved it when she had those dickheads on and handed them their heads.
but she always asks interesting questions that no one else asks.

she often tells ppl- get real. and every now and then, they do.

6. I liked the moment when she offered Lanny Davis (who is representing Michael Cohen) was much time as

he wanted, after Davis intimated that he knows a lot about the evidence and what's coming, "We have 2 hours."

We also like Chris Hayes. Lawrence O’Donnell is good and knowledgeable but gets a bit too repetitive.
