Whaaa..? Frum on Hardball: The Rs were victims of their own success..

they set up in the 70s to solve a set of problems and solved them all but now the problems are back and they need to put together something else to solve the same sorts of problems....

Or some such gibberish.

What the hell was he trying to say? What has he been snorting? Does he know how stupid he sounds?
