Republicans show that they have no respect for the law.

They have no idea what charges might be in the "sealed indictment", yet they swarm to the defense of Donald J Trump. They blame the Biden White House of weaponization of the Justice Department, as if they do not understand that a Grand Jury in Manhattan made the decision to indict him.

They march before the cameras, almost in tears, to defend the former Criminal in Chief. Few of them had the guts to speak up and defend our Constitution.

In order to try and maintain the voting bloc of misfits that attacked our Capitol and disrespected the rest of America, they will do anything.

But, there is no turning back. The law is now in the driver's seat.

Doesn’t seem very interested in either when it comes to themselves.

A prominent republican politician gets into serious trouble and all republicans circle the wagons and will blindly defend the guy to the bitter end.

A prominent Democrat politician gets into serious trouble and we can’t drop that guy and distance ourselves from that person fast enough.

...for breaking the law. They are used to being the prosecutor, not the defendant.

Democrats have been programmed differently from Republicans.

They have no problem with their heroes breaking the law, but would throw the book at a stranger stealing baby formula.

They know that Trump is a liar and a thief, it just doesn't matter to them.
