(17,552 posts)and she couldn't spit out the past 'outrages' fast enough! She is SO correct - they deserve NOT ONE SECOND of attention.
Ignore them and pile on the charges/indictments!
is perfect!

(6,135 posts)The phrase "... with all due respect..." is one of the nicest ways to say fuck you to someone.
Come to think of it, I do use that phrase a lot.

(2,887 posts)I do not know why the phrase "with all due respect" is used when talking about Trump's cultist followers.

(15,626 posts)The phrase is actually neutral. The amount of respect due may be inferred or implied, but it's not specified.

(9,390 posts)And he knows. The Sergeants career was ended due to injuries he suffered on 1/6. He agrees and so do I. She said it perfectly.

(43,163 posts)Is that if you're outraged by trump getting indicted, you don't understand the justice system. You don't understand laws. You don't understand democracy.
Therefore, until you understand it, no one owes you anything, not a comment, not a nod, not a response, nada. Nothing.
What happens if you go to a poker game and don't understand how the game is played? You lose.
What happens if you go into court, not understanding the rules of the court? You lose. You're told to go get someone who knows what they are doing to help you.
I don't understand why anyone pays one whit of attention to these losers.

(1,002 posts)And the media circus that is using a loudspeaker to get the message out about the outrage of the cultists rather than all of us who far outnumber the cultists and are cheering out loud that "something" has finally been done.

(26,257 posts)But from what I have heard so far (haven't seen anything yet), there are over 30+ or so charges, so perhaps no wonder it took so long. Doesn't surprise me being that the POS seemed to commit crimes right and left, seemingly w/ impunity and total disregard for the law.
If they haven't yet indicted the POS for the multiple tax fraud crimes that the tRUMP org. was found guilty of recently, I'm looking for the POS to finally get charged for those crimes too, if not included w/ these recent 30+ or so charges.
Like ice cream, heap it all on, and charge the lying POS w/ every crime he's done. Lay out his lying ways for all to see.

Trump voter..cut them some slack blah blah blah....I understand the Trump voter..they hate and Trump hates who they hate, and he took their mutual hate into the Oval Office and legitimized it..it was ok to brandish their AK-47s..it was ok to harass and kill "the other" (Blacks/Hispanics/Jews/Muslims/Asians/Native Americans/LGBTQ)..they were ok with "good people on both sides"/the Muslim ban/the wall/babies in cages/shit hole countries/disappearing 300,000 covid deaths because their guy was owning the libs...but what they admired most was his profane bravado and his ability to skirt the law and evade accountability...he was greater than the law, more powerful...well, not anymore

(68,200 posts)that voter's anger/frustration...geez, like nobody else in this country doesn't have SOME anger and outrage about something.
Somehow, it is OUR fault (meaning Dems and other liberals, like us) because we don't understand those poor babies.
