Carter probably has 3 shifts of 2 agents, plus a few uniform division for his house. Trump probably has some xtra uniform at Mar-a-shithole who don't travel, but the advance work would be done by NYC field office and they would not be in the motorcade. It would be just like him to hire a bunch of empty cars to make it look like he's still President.
