who are "untainted" by knowledge of the case. TFG isn't entitled to jurors who voted for him; he's only entitled to jurors who are able to set aside personal biases for or against him and consider the evidence objectively. Also, an order denying a change of venue is generally considered to be interlocutory and therefore not appealable.

One person out of 12 getting bamboozled or buying any of a number of silly arguments the defense throws at them?

It's all political, or vindictive prosecution, or bad precedent to lock up a former president, or maybe they'll say he had no idea what was going on at his companies he just signed papers.

Whatever horsecrap they serve up, someone will swallow it.
