This could be interesting or it could be BS?
I would say its the latter! I wouldnt be surprised if he insults the judge? It would go something like this the judge is ___________? Fill in the blank!
My guess? Not a real judge!

(14,494 posts). It's total hypocrisy for him and Fox network to blast this judge and prosecutor on public and social media and have the gall to ask for no recording of the proceedings. In other words, he wants 100% control of the public narrative.
I think Team TFG simply does not want the public to witness him being embarrassed or to witness how professional and factual the judge and prosecutor are going to be today.

(95 posts)Yesterday I watched a lot of MSNBC and a fair amount of CNN to see how they were covering things, and earlier on before he left Mara Lago they had shots of the front gate where nothing was happening - just for a shot of the motorcade leaving for the airport. Basically wall to wall Trump.
At any rate, I did an experiment wherein I checked to see what FOX was showing at the same time, and switched over at four random times - each time (and one was at the top of the hour where the networks re-show the most important stuff they're currently talking about), when I checked FOXs' coverage they didn't even make mention of Trump...at all - they were showing and talking about Biden's trip to Minnesota and that gas prices are forecasted to be higher because of OPEC's slowing production (actual real-world stuff).
I joked to my wife that President Carter could have died or that the Ukrainian army could have taken back Crimea yesterday and you wouldn't have known it had you been watching MSNBC - it's Trump all day, all the time.

(22,920 posts)Jack Smith uses whatever Trump and his insurrectionist co-conspirators say against them in the ongoing investigations. Theyre gonna double down on the Big Lie, calls for violence. and untold examples of slander and libel. Giving them a megaphone today and going forward to do these things makes MSM culpable imo.
None of this is legalese, just my hope as an ignorant layperson.
