As I watch Djt's caravan moving downtown..

and passing under the Brooklyn bridge, I feel tears in my eyes...
Of happiness, because our democracy is (barely, but surely) working, and DjT is finally going to face comeuppance...and,
Of sadness, that this event didn't happen years ago.

This is not a sad day. It is a day, regardless of the outcome, where a former President who is a total scum bag is being forced to face the consequences of his behavior.

Hopefully this will end up with a conviction(s) with more charges to be faced in other courts.
