Did anyone take a closer look at Trumps lawyer in the arraignment picture?

If you look closer, he is using a cheap plastic blue and white pen. Why I am bringing this up? Image! If you are representing a former US President at an arraignment hearing, you should be using a pen that cost more than three dollars, rather a free bank pen.....

Maybe he is advertising his services using free pens..... who knows lol

Most fancy pens suck.

If your work takes you through a lot of metal detectors, and you have a lot of pens that find their way in various pockets, you tend not to want metal ones.

I can sympathize with this guy. He isn't even sure he'll get paid yet.
Why lose the $$ pens when the Bic Flics are good enough to get you through?

A. What difference does it make what pen you use?

B. If he carried a Montblanc Meisterstück you think Trump wouldn’t have tried to swipe it?

A simple blue usually is smooth enough and doesn’t smear.

I also take freebies from Chase Bank, City MD, and whenever I vote! Love a freebie pen!

Flashy bling is not what I want people to notice.

Then again, I appear in courts in Arkansas where folks don't like others putting on airs.

My comment was pointing out, cheap is cheap. But using a pen that gets noticed, is not a good idea. He could used a cheap black pen that wouldn't got noticed, not a freebie.
