If you look closer, he is using a cheap plastic blue and white pen. Why I am bringing this up? Image! If you are representing a former US President at an arraignment hearing, you should be using a pen that cost more than three dollars, rather a free bank pen.....
Maybe he is advertising his services using free pens..... who knows lol

If your work takes you through a lot of metal detectors, and you have a lot of pens that find their way in various pockets, you tend not to want metal ones.

(1,349 posts)My comment was pointing out, cheap is cheap. But using a pen that gets noticed, is not a good idea. He could used a cheap black pen that wouldn't got noticed, not a freebie.
