Text message scam?

I am sitting by my mother's bedside dealing with her issues when I keep getting text stating. I AM contacting you about your divorce papers. Please contact me if you are currently divorce from and it gives my husband's name.
Is this a scam?

About my account at Glacier Bank, never heard of them before, and that a hold had been put on it. I didn't open it. I don't have a bank account anywhere and where I do have my money and accounts is in another state.

5. Text message scamming has taken over phone calls. My Netflix account is "canceled" every day.

I replied that I didn't have a dog, and the person replied, "That's ok. I don't have any bushes."

It's the new normal, I think. Never click on any link in a text. Period.

12. New sources of texts to my phone usually have a "report as junk and delete" link.

I use that feature all of the time.
