The SCOTUS needs Congressional Oversight and RETROACTIVE term limits

I think we are WAY PAST THE POINT where Clarence needs to be benched. The latest scandal only adds fuel to the fire. TO HELL WITH "lifetime term limits" and their being their own "ethics watchdog."

increase the size of the court, everything we are fighting for at the polls will be lost at the court.

I don't know if it could be done with a Democratic President and sufficient Dem majorities in the House and Senate.

I also don't know how Roberts can sleep at night. I'm sure he was aware of Thomas' situation before it became "news."
