Can blue states now expel Republican lawmakers?

I see strong grounds for blue states to now expel all Republicans who have sided with traitors and insurrectionists like Trump and Greene.

And California should definitely gerrymander Kevin McCarthy out of a job ASAP.

As for gerrymandering McCarthy, CA has a nonpartisan citizen redistricting commission. The Dem controlled state legislature doesn't draw his district map. So as much as he deserves it, morally, it ain't happening.
