Masters Golf Tournament - an LIV event

I sat down to watch the Masters Golf Tournament but just ended up turning it off. The Augusta National Golf Event, while a worldwide event, always instilled patriotic pride in me that our country would host such a great event with total class. Now, watching a bunch of money-grubbing sellouts to Saudi Arabia playing the course just makes me sick. This used to be all PGA players. Now, who the hell knows what country these dudes are loyal to.

Their focus is on the money. Golf is a great sport but it’s hardly patriotic.

But they have made it so obvious that it has cheapened the entire experience and they have brought a brutal dictatorship in the forefront. That kills it for me.

The owners have too much money.

The players make too much money.

The advertisers spend too much money.

It’s all so gross.

I’m happy to play golf at public courses. I’m happy to play catch. I’m happy to go sailing.

ESPN? No, thanks.

it is by invitation. There were 17 bone saw players invited and most of them aren't playing that well.

I am watching because I want to see Jon Rahm or the amateur kid kick Bone saw's Bruce Koepka's ass.

Bone Saw Phil Mickelson also mouthed off that he is going to kick butt, I want to see how well he plays in the pouring rain. Fuck you Phil.

And all the pros were PGA, until now. It is also one of the Majors, all of which were all PGA events too.

It took a long time for them to admit Blacks and even longer I think to admit women.

The war criminal Condi Rice is on the board of the Masters.

At least the were shamed into making some changes, but don't worry, the Saudian Arabian influence will correct that
