Obviously, I'd be a fool to predict that Alito will vote to reverse Kacsmaryk. But props to @adamliptak for digging up these brutal quotes from Alito.

And, they won't even try to explain it away. They'll just sit there and smirk, like any punk who knew they were getting away with something.

If a full lower court rules upholds the ruling, they won't issue a stay and then they'll decline to hear it. Which just introduces more chaos. But chaos, legal chaos, seems to be the goal.
