Joe Exotic files with FEC to run for President... as a Democrat

Last edited Tue Apr 11, 2023, 07:21 PM - Edit history (1)

Steven Bannon and others like him seem to be trying to cause chaos going into the Dem primary. First RFK Jr. and now Joe Exotic. Too bad Bannon is not in prison where he should be after being convicted, but obviously the law doesn't apply to him.

Pure projection with tRump AND the Republican Party literally threatening the planet Earth with chaos.

You need to get used to this. Every election people wanting to grab some attention claim they're running for president months before the serious candidates do. Hostiles make big noise over them as long as they can be put to use somehow, and then they mostly just return to the shadows they never really emerged from.

to confuse the confusable about who's who and what's what. The usual. Similarly exploitive LW anti-Democratic campaigns always use the same dirty tactics to project GOP ideology and corruption onto Democrats.

100M were discouraged from voting in 2016, nearly 100M of them claiming wisely that "they're all the same, voting's a waste of time, yada-yada."

But only 80M in 2020 as fewer people were confused, and the candidates whose chances hinged on sowing confusion and delusion about who Democrats were all lost big.

And the lessons continue. Wonder what it'll be in 2024.

Its just personal vanity. If you check with the Federal Election Commission you will find that every election cycle about 100 to 150 people file to run for president in the various states. Almost none are able to qualify for the ballot. The ones that do just get a few dozen or so votes.

I never saw it, either. All I know is that he ran an exotic animal zoo in Floriduh (because of course), and served time for an unsuccessful murder-for-hire of a woman he had long been feuding with, who ran a big cat sanctuary. Which is a felony. From what I've read, she isn't a very nice person, either, but that's beside the point. I can't imagine any Democrat would want to vote for that POS, even if he was a real Democrat, and not a Libertarian. You'd think that a felony for trying to kill someone would be disqualifying...
