Why in hell should anyone spend all that time and money studying law when Wikipedia is all one needs

today to be a landmark decision writing federal JUDGE?

Just ask Judge Kaczmarek.

WHATEVER your personal feelings lead you to believe a decision MUST say, ol' Wiki will provide you things called "surveys" written by "someone" who claims expertise in---whatever. If you base a watershed decision based on what you read on the internet tubes, who can question that?

Meanwhile, I've opened up a brain surgery shop after reading up on these head fixes for SEVERAL HOURS! I have all the necessary power tools and a very comfortable recliner on which you can relax while I employ my new skull skills.

Walk-ins welcome.

I do not remember seeing Wiki cited in a brief or a case. This judge is a joke This opinion is actually worse than the Special Master lawsuit. This opinion is a piece of crap that makes up new rules for standing and has this judge make his own judgment about medical and scientific issues. For example on standing

Here is an example on the scientific issues

I thought that Eileen Cannon's opinions in the Special Master litigation were special but this opinion out does Lose Cannon's opinions

…. Can be a useful shortcut to good original sources.

Not always but can be.

Isn't it the duty of the fuckers who are suing the FDA to provide the proof/research? Why is the judge even going to wikipedia to find evidence?

I said that 5 years ago.

When the hell are people going to listen to me before my predictions come true? I just connect the dots. It's not that I like A.I. It's just that it is a damn lot smarter than most of the people whose main skill is to prevent the chairs underneath them from violating the law of gravity. And they really put their minds to it!
