The other best opportunity is Julian Castro. He is the former mayor of San Antonio, Secretary of Housing under Pres Obama and is very well respected statewide. His twin brother is already in the House and we need him there.

I have often wished Beto had waited to run again. He has great things ahead of him for sure but I don't think he could win statewide.
