It may be coming to a point where Biden may need some real fortitude to say enough and let the courts enforce certain things. I can’t see how he could let a clearly unconstitutional breach like a court ordered federal ban on an approved drug stand. This case had nothing to do with that particular district in Texas. They filed it there, knowing this judge was the only one there and so they could get it in front of him. The same thing happened with getting Cannon in the Trump documents case, though at least she's in Florida.

For cases like this, maybe they can randomly give it to any federal judge in the country.
