When is the DoJ going to open a criminal investigation into the Roberts Court?

Or is there a memo against indicting sitting Supreme Court justices?

Because there is no question that this court is Russia-level corrupt. Thomas should absolutely be in prison right now. His corruption is a prima facie case of bribery.

Then we have Alito telling Republican plaintiffs to keep pushing their cases to the Court so the court can rule in their favor.

We all know Kavanaugh is a rapist who perjured himself.

When is the DoJ going to actually route out the corruption in our government?

Then, the DOJ should open an investigation into Clarence Thomas immediately. Garland should not hesitate.

There has to be ethics on our Supreme Court. Obviously they cannot watch their own.

A billionaire owns one of our Associate Justices. He has paid for luxurious vacations for the Justice and his wife. One is reported to have cost as much as $500,000 for one vacation. They have flown around the world on the billionaire's jet.

They have given him cash with a promise to take care of his mother. He has given Thomas cash for property.

He owns him. Although Thomas argues that he had "no business" before the Court, he is nothing more than an "Uncle Tom". The billionaire owns him. That is his business.

John Roberts needs to handle this. The Supreme Court cannot continue to operate without any ethics.

Clarence Thomas needs to go.

Immediately.

Senator Whitehouse, who I trust 100% has said for the last year+ that the current system ALLOWS these sorts of transgressions.

So an investigation for WHAT?

No law or ethics rule has been broken ACCORDING TO THE RULES IN THE BOOKS.

Note that Sen. Whitehouse or anyone other than a M$M talking head talks about broken laws.

And just a few weeks ago, the LOOPHOLES WERE "slightly" CLOSED, thanks to the hard work of Sen. Whitehouse.

Read this:

https://www.cnn.com/2023/03/29/politics/judiciary-ethics/index.html

“The Judicial Conference’s amendment closes a large loophole that allowed individuals and companies with interests before the courts secretly to shower judges, including the Justices, with lavish gifts, including five-star travel,” said Stephen Gillers of the NYU School of Law.

“Until the change, the true benefactors could remain hidden by calling the gifts ‘personal hospitality,’” Gillers said.

Democratic Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse of Rhode Island has led the charge on behalf of some members of Congress to press the Administrative Office of the United States Courts to more clearly define the scope of the exemption. Late Tuesday, he announced that he had received a response.

The Supreme Court is not bound by certain ethics rules. They are bound by actual laws, and failing to disclose a property sale to a GOP donor is illegal.

Four legal experts told ProPublica that Thomas appears to have violated the law by not disclosing the deal.

And ProPublica legal experts are stating the evidence indicates Thomas committed a crime. Hence my call for him to be investigated.

The Roberts’ court is certainly rife with ethical violations, but DOJ doesn’t investigate those.

For the moment, I’d prefer a Whitewater/Benghazi style investigation of Ginni and Clarence, starting in the senate, then moving to a special prosecutor as the evidence is revealed.

The story about the sale of the Thomas house just came out. An investigation is warranted for that situation because there are actual, documented facts to investigate.
