TFG took the 5th Amendment 440 times during a civil deposition back before AG James' lawsuit was filed against TFG and the Trump Organization. In a civil case one can use the invocation of the 5th Amendment against a party to draw a negative inference. TFG just sat for a second deposition and evidently did not take the 5th

He doesn't know how to tell the truth. He's lied under oath many times (chief among them, when he swore to uphold the constitution), and never gotten charged with perjury. Maybe this time....
