I never once doubted Garland...I think of all of Trump's treasonous criminality that's been exposed since January 6 and the J6 committee hearings...and then there's Trump's theft of classified documents and the depth of the coverup...Garland/Smith cannot indict without all of the facts, applicable legal statutes, witness testimonies, and referrals from the grand juries..a slow slog but vital

We got a summary judgment and the bad guys appealed to the court of appeals. It took over a year for the court of appeals to issue an opinion and another three months for the court of appeals to correct a mistake. The bad guys then appealed to the Texas Supreme Court and we has to do a full set of briefing only to have the Texas Supreme Court to reject the appeal. At the end, the bad guys had six politically connected law forms on their appeal to the Texas Supreme Court

I find it ironic that they are touting the AG's investigation of Trump while their handle references the biggest disappointment in that endeavor to date.

But yeah, hopefully Garland handed Smith the ball in the red zone, and it's just up to the Special Prosecutor to punch it in for a score.
