"Twitter is now limiting automated tweets and as a result this account can no longer post all watches/warnings/advisories as they are issued. We will continue to provide general updates, but ensure that you have multiple means for receiving weather information & alerts."

(6,059 posts)Who can say when the elongated muskrat will change things on a whim again, or the system will just degrade due to unforseen interactions with other untested changes.
If people aren't making some sort of contingancy plans to migrate away from twitter, then they're not really planning wisely.
