So the judge is delaying the Fox News trial until Tuesday. No reason given

“According to the Wall Street Journal, people familiar with the situation said Sunday that the conservative network had made a late push to settle the dispute out of court”

Murdoch is indeed an acting board member of Fox News after telling the judge he wasn’t, I’m sure they do want to settle. They are so toasted.

Maybe Fox would have to do on-air apologies and admit their deceptions so frequently 99% of Fox viewers couldn't escape hearing about it, and pay several hundreds of millions in damages. That's work for me.

Not that Fox would likely accept that kind of settlement!
