$3.2 billion is equal to about 5% of their capitalization and I am guessing that their stock will probably recover that much in the market.

They will still have to negotiate another billion or so with systematic.

They might get more in the trial but not worth the risk.

Trying the case is not without risk to Dominion. They don't have a slam dunk case -- indeed, in my four decades as an attorney, I've learned that when it comes to jury trials, there is no such thing as a slam dunk.

The question is whether Fox would ever agree to the terms Dominion almost certainly would demand.
