Either he and his daughter master minded and filled out all those frauds on their own or at TFG orders for years. Seems like a pretty simple 60second offer. You come clean, both of you, or RICO charges and seizures of all family assets for every bank, wire, tax, and insurance fraud with RICO enhancement.

You both die in prison and your children and grandchildren will be penniless unless you actually testify to everything.

If you testify to everything, probation for ten years for the old man. 2 years in prison for her followed by 8 years of probation. They can never work in banking, finance. Etc again.

He doesn't have much time left on his sentence. My guess is that he was just allowed to perjure himself with no consequences.
