The Mouse won't be shutting down anything. They have too much invested in Florida to leave, they have nowhere else to go for a new US park, and they're a typical corporation in loving money and power too much to shut it down.

25. I am enjoying the attacks on Disney and Walt Disney world

My children and my son-in-law are headed to WDW in May and we have a family trip planned in December. This fight has been fun to watch.
