Like everybody else who's worked for Murdoch, dated Ingraham, and was asked to co-host a show with Tucker I need to see them WEEP UNDER OATH ON THE STAND!

(2,909 posts)I find neither of them overly attractive, especially considering the other dating opportunities no doubt available to him.
So it seems he was attracted to them more on an intellectual basis, which to me is rather disturbing.

(15,909 posts)...Ingraham spouts nonsense not because she's stupid, but because she has no moral compass about lying for profit. The same might be true of Sinema.
Both of them might have changed over time, and/or not have revealed their sleazier side until he got to know them better.

(2,909 posts)I think that, before the huge impact of social media and 15 minutes of fame, these two, and many others like them, would have never seen the light of day.
Unfortunately, with the dumbing down of society and the switch from a more intellectual 'debate' culture (William F. Buckley, for example on the right) to one based on feelings/emotion/religion, these folks are winning (due to the lack of intelligence of their audience, not necessarily their deficiencies). As the former would say, sad.
Sleaze indeed.

(6,280 posts)Sometimes we date people based on who we think they are or because they're fun to be around. But once that first 3-4 months of sexual energy starts to fade you start to actually get to know the person. Which is why, fortunately, we have break ups.

(3,940 posts)Because you dont find them overly attractive, his attraction must have been intellectual.
Perhaps it had not occurred to you that other people might someone attractive even if you dont?

(2,909 posts)I realize people can change, but I doubt the innermost part of her did. He either ignored or didn't realize this, in the end it makes no difference either way.

(28,085 posts)And lemme tell you: those of us who dated a fair amount all have stories we would rather not think about. I can think of eight off the top of my head.

I know what you were thinking
same thing I was thinking.
