surely there are some that show they knew they were lying about COVID, and they knew TFG was lying. (After all, TFG told Bob Woodward he thought the threat posed by the coronavirus was much worse than what he revealed publicly.)

So ... do the survivors of COVID victims who refused to vaccinate have standing to sue FOX? Minor children who lost a parent, or who caught COVID themselves because their parents wouldn't vaccinate them, would certainly seem to have a case. And 45 should be a party to the suit, because denying the severity of the pandemic was NOT in line with his duties as POTUS.
