As for the debt ceiling, Biden has said over and over again that he will never negotiate the debt ceiling. I believe him. We saw what happened with that nonsense during Obama's term...And of course, your suggestions would be DOA with Republicans. The debt ceiling isn't a time to negotiate. It's really a simple parliamentary move. The Dems have rightfully kept it separate from the actual budget debate.

Raise the top tax bracket to 50% and cut out all millionaire tax loopholes written into the tax code.

These fuckers in one breath say we have a deficit and want to cut the IRS which collects revenue. You don't need an MBA to know that if you cut revenue you aren't going to get where you want to go.
