What's the chances that his indictment (for what I do not know) is imminent and Fox caught wind of it.

I have seen no reporting from any source suggesting that he's being investigated for any criminal acts, although he's a named defendant in several civil cases.

Although, of course, the mainstream media refuses to report on this.
In fact, many people refer to the entire network as "The Fox Crime Family".
Why won't he show us what's in his laptop?

If she wasn't physically assaulted or directly threatened by him there's no crime. It's not likely he'd be charged with a criminal offense based on the allegations in Grossberg's complaint.
