46. I suspect, there may be other audio or video recordings that might specifically implicate him

more directly. I feel like we knew he was involved just as LG and other Senators, House Reps etc involved in supporting it, but having a direct hand and involvement in the plotting and commission of the coup, I think would require more than floating and promoting a plan. Personally, I suspect that happened in part at the hotel (i'm forgetting the name of it now) where the Proud Boys and Lindsey Graham and others were captured in snapshots literally arm in arm posing for the photo. they called it the War Room.


We knew they were involved. but we didn't and still don't have the means to provide the hard evidence that would have to come from recordings, documents, statements etc.

Ted Cruz's statements on the recordings heard on Ari's show indicated support while floating and promoting a rough plan of action. But wouldn't his lawyer say he was just theorizing what could be done and how it could be done is protected by free speech but that isn't evidence of actually doing it.

I don't know for sure, cuz I'm not a lawyer so I'm not qualified to determine what is and is not solid evidence.

Personally, my faith in justice in our country would be greatly restored if Cruz' conversation would at least be considered a co-conspirator., and frog march him the entire cadre of coup supporters in the house, the senate, and other positions of state and federal offices right up to maximum prisons.

don't hear more about the two war rooms and who was in them. Suggests that the participants might be either targets or witnesses for the SC and/or DOJ, calling off the Jan 6 committee from pursuing. They should be very worried.

IIRC bot much mention of the Willard in the Jan 6 trials of Oath Keepers and Proud Boys (I've been following every day) which seems telling.
