If he knew who did it, he should say the name. He doesn't. This is just stoking the base, trying to turn the public opinion against the court toward sympathy saying it made them all targets. Dobbs forged the public opinion, not the leak. Dobbs will kill women, not the leak about it. He wrote the Dobbs opinion. It will be his forever.
